Saw this note which was posted by my friend on facebook.

Its quite a meaningful one, so i decided to share it on my blog.. :)

A little girl and her father were crossing a bridge.

watching tv at night is the only time when i dont feel any stress.

i cant survive without watching any tv programs! D:

hope i can successfully rig the main character for my fyp.. :S

hope the planning for my taiwan trip will go smoothly. :S

hope i can create a nice photo album for my grandma..

hope to find those older photo albums where photos can be slotted into the album pockets instead of the current digital photo books where photos are printed directly on the pages..

yeah the current digital photo books look very nice, but they are costly and extra photos cant be added after u print it out.. :S

been eating lots of chocolates and sweet stuff lately.. :S

too much stress and worries

i should go on a diet.. so fat liao

This is the only place where i can vent my anger and say out how i really feel...

This was what i initially created this blog for..

Feeling so pissed because of some coursemates who have nothing to do all day except making fun of their friends without thinking about how they feel..

Just because i say something wrong, they joke about it all day and even months and worse still, even photoshop photos and put them on facebook sharing with everyone.. The feeling is just hurting. Last time, i used to talk alot.. Recently, because of these people, i dont even dare to talk much in front of them.. Its just not myself.. I cant stop talking. If only i had a sibling to talk and laugh at with.. then maybe i wouldnt talk as much in school.

Now its only the beginning, 8 more months left.

Imac!

Waited a whole morning in vain..

was actually supposed to catch Norwegian Woods with dear today....

Received a phone call from my mother after i came out from the shower..

My mother saw from the email i sent her and she realized that my imac will be delivered today...

Luckily she realized.

I remembered the day i re-ordered the imac, they stated that the delivery will be made tomorrow..

So, the date was cancelled..

and i spend the whole morning waiting and waiting for the imac to arrive...

I waited until i was bored and started tidying up my room and turned on my mac and started playing games.

I was so afraid that when the delivery man came, he will press the spoilt doorbell instead of knocking the door...

I waited till evening time where i was busy cooking, mopping the floor and that was when..

the delivery man knocked the door.

After i signed the papers, i stared at that huge box thinking how do i even move it...

The weight at the side states 13+kg!

At that time the floor was still wet so i managed to tilt the box a bit and placed a dry cloth underneath it...

I had to wait till my mother was back and the both of us carried the box to the room together.. hehe

Went Malaysia shopping today..

My new passport has finally gotten its first "chop". Hehe

It was quite a tiring day..

walked quite alot.

and my toes hurt... poor toes :(

oh well..

bought two singlets at RM19.90..

bought a long pants at RM55.

a pair of shorts ( i forgot the price )

Had lunch at Kim Gary today..

The stone grill rice with octopus, kimchi, peas, enoki shrooms, seafood roll and unagi in M'sia costs only RM 17.90!!

Its a set lunch consisting of a soup and drink!

The previous time i had it in Singapore, i paid $15.90!!

The portion is totally the same!

The stuff in malaysia is really cheap!!

Went for manicure session too!

They had those nail art manicure and those normal ones with floral designs and a bit of glitter costs only RM50 for 10 fingers..

I did the french manicure.. it costs RM25 only....

The manicurist didnt really do a good job, but the service there was very good and they didnt charge for the quick dry spray (extra $2 charge in Singapore).

I think i will consider going back there for future manicure sessions.. hehe

Went to this shopping centre which spent around RM20 by cab to reach..

Forgot the name of the shopping centre....

There was a huge carrefour inside and its super spacious.

There are many pushcarts selling waffles on the ground floor and i was really tempted to buy.. hehe XD

oh well, all thanks to my laziness.. heh Xp

Dear & I went to SENTOSA!! :D

the place i always like to go during holidays..

But its different this time round as i went there with my dear<3 and we went to the Underwater World plus Dolphin Lagoon!!!!

ahhh dolphins! hoho XD

It was a very hot day!

we bought lunch from macdonalds and brought it in.. hee :)

Underwater World changed quite a bit.. i remembered it wasnt like that when i went there last time..

The dugong wasnt there sadly.. :(

Had a fun time trying to touch the fishies at the touch pool.. hehe

The stingrays at this big feeding pool are scary........ they keep splashing water out of the pool. :s

In order to get good seats for the seals performance, dear & I waited under the hot sun..

Luckily i applied sunblock... hoho

During the 40 mins interval between the seals and dolphins performance, dear & I decided to go get some ice cream... All thanks to my insistence on getting the ice cream from Palawan Beach, we went out to take the tram.. halfway there, we changed our minds and went back...

who knows..

The audience gallery was full... and when we reached, we only managed to catch a glimpse of the dolphins waving goodbye.. :'(

Went to the beach to soak our feet in the sea after that..

Had quite a fun time..

We found a dead SQUID!! :O

Didnt managed to get a picture of it as is was washed away while i went to get my camera.. :(

Dinner was so super yummy!

We ate at Vivo's Kim Gary Hong Kong Restaurant!!

The food is so yummy buy ex~

but still... no regrets! hehe :D

My handmade valentines day card for my <3

Didnt have enough time to go and shop for a present... :S
so i made a card instead.. it was supposed to be a pop up card..
but it turned out quite fail........
On saturday after returning from my mother's boss house at around 4pm i rushed to Lot One to get the coloured and "drawing block" paper from Popular. It started raining heavily after that... and i ran home with one hand holding the umbrella and the other hugging the materials in my hand.. I reached home drenched.. :s The back of my shirt was totally wet and my shoe was soaking wet..........
I quickly settled down and started on making the card at around 4.45pm.
I got the design template online and traced it out in illustrator.
My stupid printer decided not to work on that day and i had to draw out everything..
By then, it was already 5+pm..
I had to get it done before my mother came back which is around 8pm..
Made an envelope too cuz i couldnt find an envelope of the right size to fit the card at Lot One...
After cutting out the "pop-up hearts", i realised the measurements weren't same as the template's one so it couldn't "pop up". :c
Worse still, I cut a slit across one of the small hearts thinking that it would be able to intersect with the heart on the opposite side so that the hearts would pop-up when opened and in the end FAILED! :'(
Super upset at that time.. :C
Plus the edges of the hearts were very jagged from the cutting of the pen knife and scissors...
Luckily i chose not to give up.. cuz the next day, i tot of a wonderful idea to cover up those jagged edges... which was to use those blowpen and blow ink against those edges.
So, i happily went searching for my box of blowpens and i couldnt find it... TT
Ended up using colour pencil to colour the edges........
The end result turned out quite nice too. :)

My group's digital cinematography filming finally ended on tuesday night.

Special thanks to Jasper, Addison, Wen Huan & Cheng Yong for acting and buying food for us..

Managed to film finish by 9pm just in time when the guy comes to lock the dot up.

School has started. The first two weeks were still considered relaxing, until the third week came...
Assignments of course.
Have been sleeping at around 2am for the past few days and waking up so early.
Its tough for me to keep my eyes open during lessons and while standing in the bus..
Saw the kitten again from far and there was a couple with it, so i decided nt to go over. lol
The past few days suck. Just keep feeling very upset for some reasons..
Yesterday was my 6th month anniversary with Jasper.

My left leg looks horribly disfigured now..

I doubt i will even step out of the house for the next few days. :(

On Saturday morning, i woke up to find around 10 bites in a row on my left leg!

Shocked of course!

The bites from Hong Kong have just recovered leaving behind scars and now there are new bites..

Some of my relatives suspected it was bedbugs.

I went home and checked my bed but found nothing...

Even sprayed insectiside and my room stinked!

Went to the clinic yesterday morning.

Had to wait for more than hour before it was my turn to see the doctor..
The doctor said i was bitten by some kind of fly, probably flew into my house from the trees outside...
He gave me a cream and some medicine.
One visit to the doctor cost $27... EX!

Have been crying for the past few days.

Just feeling really sad and heartbroken..

I really wish time could turn back.

I starting to regret coming to this course...

I am super weak and super sensitive.

I cry super easily that i myself find it really scary..

Whenever i cry at home, i will try my best to hide in the toilet so that my parents cannot see me cry..

But its always hard to hide my red eyes from them.

Especially from my mother, who always checks on what i am doing..

I hate it when she asks why i am crying...

It makes me cry even more that my tears can never stop.

I wish there was a way to stop them...

Having some r/s problems lately..

I am really at a loss.

I dunno what to do...

I cant let my parents know.... they will probably say something sarcastic.

Cried too much the day before and didnt feel like going out.

Hong Kong~

Have been back from Hong Kong for more than a week..

Hong Kong is really a shopping heaven.

I find it a really crazy place.

In Hong Kong, one of the most common shops i see almost EVERYWHERE, is BONJOUR.

Its a cosmetics shop.

Along one street, there will be at least two or three of this shop.

However, surprisingly all of the outlets are quite crowded.

Went to Ocean Park.

Although i didnt manage to apply for the dolphin encounter programme, I still managed to see dolphins.

I even managed to hear them screaming or whatever u call those sounds.

Its so nice seeing them swim about and perform stunts in the water, but it was a tough job for them.

The first ride i went on was some Mine Train..

Honestly, it was freaking scary...

Before going on the ride, i assumed it was just nothing much.. But, when the train left the "station", i realised that there was a high and steep slope where the train would go up slowly and rush down at a freaking high speed.

I was totally unprepared. The worst thing was... the tracks were built on very very scary and high grounds.

When the train rushed down the slope, i was thinking in my head " OH MY TIAN! ".

The second ride i sat was the Raging River. The "river" was really fast..

It was so fun! I managed to go on it twice. It's one of my favourite rides.

I shall continue blogging more maybe tonight.. depends on my mood.

Going Hong Kong for holiday this wednesday... will only be back next monday night.. :/

I just cannot stop imagining things.... and I keep forgetting things so easily which often made me ended up getting scolded by my parents.

I think there is really something wrong with me...

I just cannot control myself..

Have been attending a workshop in school recently.. Its all about animation.

Kind of enjoyed the first few lessons. Drawing characters or also COPYING anime characters by tracing them out...

I only can copy the characters.. I can never come up with my own design of a anime character by myself.

After i started attending this workshop, i felt like changing course even more...

I dont like watching animations especially 2D ones..

I only like 3D animations like the Toy Story movies and Monster Inc.

Ever since the opting results for Year 2 were out, i already had a bit of regret.

I started worrying every single day from then on...

I knew i chose the wrong path.

Probably i was too stubborn and insisted on choosing this course in Poly..

If i did not choose this course, i really do not know what else i want and can do.

I am such a picky & stubborn person..

I complain alot.

I am actually someone who appears cheerful on the outside but depressed on the inside......
Disappointing right?

Couldnt really enjoy the first few days....

ulcers in my mouth were torturing me.. even up till now.

Around a week ago, my mouth was swollen and couldnt talk properly... :(

Went to Esplanade to watch the helicopters, planes and fireworks on 9 August with Jasper.

We went to Central for lunch and we happened to pass by the Sticky candy shop at the basement.

The both of us went outside and saw some daring people taking the Bungee Jump.

Really Scary......

We sat outside Esplanade from around 3+ pm.. The weather was really hot.

We waited until around 6+pm and the show at Esplanade finally begin...

So stressed recently..

i constantly worry about work.

worry so much about my I&E event at marina barrage..

i am so glad its all over now....

it was so crowded at marina barrage just now.

ndp rehearsal plus some clown carnival.....

RAWR!!! clowns!!!!!!!

now event over, must worry about the powerpoint slides and presentation..

also have to worry abt my groupmates.

Had some negative feedback frm one of them today.. :(

no time to blog.. :(

too busy.

Had director's tea last week and had to prepare ppt slides for a short presentation..

Always sleeping so late at night.. around 3am. :((

I am lagging behind so badly..

I owe so much work, especially drawings....

wonder when can i concentrate on doing them.

My upcoming saturdays will be fully booked.

This saturday i will be having my I&E event at marina barrage.

Next Saturday will be celebrating Anna's 21st birthday at East Coast Chalet.. nt even sure if my parents will allow me to go.. :(

The following Saturday, i will be taking part in Shiyun's I&E Event about some photo taking competition in school.. In collaboration with Canon.. :)

Hopefully either me or jasper can win a camera, since he has been so badly wanting one.. :))

The past few days, have been busy calculating and collecting money for the newsprint papers we had to order on our own after all the papers had run out.. :(

During lesson today, my teacher, Dominic, said that there will be an exhibition for us to display our works in the art studio.

He said i was in charge as Miss Anita said i was the rep for this module... DDDDD:

I want to quickly complete my car model... so i can chiong the remaining work.. :DD

oh yeah~ i passed my 3D modelling test! I passed... by one mark! LOL

At least i passed... i didnt fail.. at least mama maya didnt fail. :)

I am so sure Papa maya will do super well in this test... hopefully he can get full marks.. heehee XD

Last week a pimple grew on my right leg, near my ankle.. haha

This week, a pimple grew in my right ear...

Pixar is SO AWESOME!

Today's a rainy day plus its a awesome day!

Went to the pixar exhibition at the Science Centre with Jasper! XD

It was fun! :D

Outside the exhibition hall, they were selling toys.

There was one whole row of soft toys!!!

Both of us went over to the shelves and started touching and hugging almost every single soft toy's fur and commenting on them!

LOL!!

HAHA XD

Fur so nice to touch.. hehehe =P

My super small eyes and Jasper's super BIG eyes! HAHA...

Our heads squashed the poor eeyore! LOL

We walked around the exhibition for around 2 hours..

Both of us were hungry, so we left and went to buy Chicken Waffle Hotdogs with CHEESE!! YUMYUM~

Super expensive!

$2.50 per stick..

But its super nice!

AWESOME~

We went to watch the 3D movie Toy Story 2 after that.

The venue was smaller but similar to NP's convention centre..

So many small kids inside...

Had to wear the 3D glasses.

The design of the 3D glasses was a failure..

It kept sliding down halfway during the movie..... booo!

The movie was awesome!!!

The characters are so cute!

The credits and advertisements of the movie were also in 3D... (Y)

After the movie ended, we went around Science Centre to look for the chick incubator! :D

Saw so many newborn chicks.

There was one egg with a small crack and we could see something struggling about inside.

We waited for a while to see if a chick would break open from the egg..

We waited till we were both hungry!! XD
Went to get fries from Macdonalds as the other food were really expensive.. XP

Saw a portrait of our President.
After staring at it for a while, we realised the eyes could move! LOL!!

HAHAHA! We went back to the Pixar exhibition again after that. :P

The exhibition was really so awesome!

With all their short animations, some 2D ones which they made until it looked as if it was 3D..

Loved their Finding Nemo and Monster Inc. Clay models.....

The details were madness~

Their digital paintings were very realistic.

I remembered one drawing of the turtle Crush from Finding Nemo..

The shading was done in pencil.

When you look closely, the shading looks very messy, however, it brings out the texture of the turtle's shell!

The expression on Crush's face was cute! XD

We walked until it closed at 6pm.. hehe :D

I feel like going there again.. KEKE!!!

Wish the exhibition could remain at the Science Centre forever. ^^

Two weeks of holidays.
Simply not enough!

so much work to do...
- 100++ sketches.
- model out my mazda rx8 car.
- character design for my characters in my Friends are Angels Without Wings story.
- do out poses using a given rig in maya..

I try to do my work in peace at home by listening to songs using my earpiece.
My mother comes and sit beside me and nag, scolding me for using earpiece....

The past holidays, i spend so much time at home, my parents scold me.
This holiday, i want to spend more time outside, i also get scolded.
I go to school to do work during holidays, they suspect me. I get scolded again.
Modelling the car is the hardest one..
One step wrong, most probably everything will be ruined...

My father finally said out what he had been wanting to say ever since i entered poly...

He told me to change course! crazy ~
He never thinks about my feelings..
He only cares for himself.
His reason for wanting me to change:
I stay up late every night doing work, my mother wakes up in the night to get me to sleep is disturbing him..

I like this course so much..
I put in so much effort for the past 1+ year and now he's asking me to change course?!
Haiz....

My mother.
She knows that if my dad finds out I am in a R/S, i am gona be so dead..
She stills purposely speaks so loudly to me in my room, with the door wide open.
I really doesnt know what she is thinking..
Everytime i do work in my room, she comes over and look at everything i am doing, read every line i am reading or typing..
haiz..
Now she even checks on the amount of pocket money i have saved up.....

I really detest coming home this few days..
I have no choice.

How i wish i can grow up quickly and lead my own life.
How i wish i can hold back my tears more easily and not let them flow down whenever i listen to a sad song on my ipod...

Didn't expect today to be another sad day.

Feeling really scared...

Really dont know how to deal with this kind of situation......

My mother already knows about me being in a r/s.

Although she just accepts it, but i know she still doesnt allow me to be in a r/s.

She thinks i stay back in school everyday to have fun..

I explain to her, she questions me further and doesnt believe a word i say.

My father is now suspecting me...

He started scolding me ever since i got home.

Scolding me for staying back in school so late everyday..

He even suspects me for lying to him that i stay back in school when i am outside enjoying myself.

wth lah!!

Really hate it when they suspect me..

I go to school early to do work, my mother suspects that i go to school early to have fun...

Really hate it!!

Why cant they trust me?

Parents always think that whatever they do is right, but they never think about they child's feelings...

You ask

I say the truth...

You dont believe me.

So why do you even ask in the first place?!

Every time my parents scold me, I can only cry silently in my room.

If they see me crying, they scold me more.

Why do i cry so easily when they scold me?

I cry so easily at home but smile and laugh so much in school...

sigh~

Afraid to imagine what will happen if a war starts at home...

I dont want to think about the consequences.

I know for sure i will be the one suffering... T_T

For now, i will just use my in-ear earphones every night to block out all the noise and hope that everything will turn out to be alright.. :')

~ Friends are Angels Without Wings ~

Since young, 13 year-old Meena has longed to be like any other kid, enjoying her childhood and playing with other small kids everyday. Growing up in a wealthy family, Meena's parents are overprotective of her. They forbid her to leave the house as and when she likes. They never allow her to hang out with her schoolmates. They are afraid that her friends befriended her only because of her family’s riches. They want to protect their only daughter, preventing her from getting hurt and being taken advantaged of.

Whenever Meena’s classmates go out, they go without her. They know that she can never go out with them. But they don’t know the reason. She feels very sad. She wants so much to tell them about how her parents forbid her from hanging out with her friends, how much she wanted to be with them. But she couldn’t.

Everyday after school ended, Meena returns home with her back hunched and her head hung low. She goes to her room immediately and locks the door. Sitting on her bed, she picks up her only soft toy – a doll with 2 small wings on his back. It’s name is Juno, named after her late grandfather, who gave the doll to her as a birthday present..

Hugging it tightly in her arms, Meena starts sobbing. Telling it everything that she has kept inside her heart. All she long for is a friend, to keep her company, consoling her whenever she feels down. Her one and only wish is for her doll to come to life.

One night, she enters her room, preparing to go to bed. The time is 11:11pm. For the first time, she locks her hands together and makes a wish. Then, she switches off the lights and pulls on the blanket.

The hall clock strikes 3am, Meena wakes up suddenly. She wasn’t disturbed by the sound of the clock, but by the flapping sound outside her window. Afraid, she feels around the bed for her doll to accompany her. She cannot find it.

Meena walks nervously over to the window and lifts the curtains slowly. A boy is sitting on the ledge. Dressed in white shirt, grey pants and barefooted, he sits there quietly, looking at the clouds. Meena’s heartbeat is increasing gradually. As she goes closer, she can see that the boy’s back is grotesquely shaped in a humped over form.

All of a sudden, the boy turns and looks at Meena. He isn’t surprised by her appearance at all, but is somehow expecting her to be there. He smiles shyly at her.

Meena sits down beside the boy and opens with a simple, “Hi”; the boy pretends to be shocked, and stammers a “hello”; after a long stare into Meena’s eyes. Meena smiles shyly at him and he smiles back. They talk happily until daybreak. The boy asks Meena why she cries alone every night in her room. Meena sighs and leans on his shoulder, explaining she has no friends and she has no one to pour out her sorrows to.

Meena hugs the boy and says, “You are just like an angel watching over me.” “Really?” The boy asks with a surprised look on his face and smiles. With that, he stands up and opens the back of his shirt, allowing his wings to spread, then he says, “I am what you wished for,” with a twinkle in his eye. Meena is speechless and she realizes that what he says all made sense. Her missing doll and the wish she made before going to bed. Her wish came true; her doll had come to life.

The boy takes out a small pair of scissors from his pocket and hands it to the girl. “Clip away my wings.” He says in a serious tone. “What? Are u crazy?” Meena asks, shocked.

“Yes. Only after my wings are removed then I can stay by your side and keep you company.” The boy says, with a smile.

With trembling hands, Meena clips away the wings bit by bit. Tears start rolling down her cheeks. Feathers start floating all over Meena’s room. The wings on the boy’s back decreases in size until only two small buds are left.

Meena drops the pair of scissors and hugs the boy tightly, her tears flowing non-stop. Meena whispers into the boy’s ear, “Until now… I still do not know your name.”

“Juno. You gave me that name years ago.” The boy replied back shyly.

With that, he hugs her tightly in his arms.

So busy recently that i have no time to update my blog..

This blog is not dead hor ~ hehe XD

IT WILL NEVER BE DEAD~~~ =P

So much assignments to complete...

Have to model an aeroplane, draw a skeleton overlay of a model's pose, animation of a two legged rig.

My 5 sketches of faces not yet completed.

20 hand poses also not yet completed.

Modelling is the hardest of all!

Have to go find online tutorials and learn from there.. :(

Also have to come up with a story.
